Company request

A young corporation in its early stages of development (on the market for 5 years). Employees from four different nations make up a team of 15 persons. The format of remote work is part of the business concept.

 

The request is for staff to communicate with one another.

The primary issues are:

Meetings are ineffective, commitments and deadlines are not met, no one in the team hears each other, and new employees do not accept responsibility by giving "raw" work. At the same time, they do not ask questions and completely rely on the supervision of "older" employees; employees do not feel like a team, and each is mute about something of his own.
