My story

I'm a passionate professional with +13 years of experience in coaching, marketing, management and event planning.

For many years I have worked for international large-scale events as an event producer and team leader. After doing my leadership programs during my MBA I realized that I am more inspired by people who build businesses rather than businesses themselves. Following this epiphany, one of the most challenging, but ultimately rewarding, decisions was made: to shift my career path and pursue my passion to help individuals transform their lives and businesses.

In 2019 I started my career as a business-coach and launched my own brand. I use a combination of training and experience in counseling, mentoring, and coaching while incorporating psychology (psychodynamic, design-thinking, phenomenological approaches). Proudly coming from the creative industry, I do believe that a part of artist and creator lives in all of us and my task is to help you find your ways to the successful and fulfilling life after all.

As a professional coach, I love helping others identify, articulate, and utilize their unique talents not just to get the job done, but also to love what you do. To see and recognize your talents actually turned out to be my talent. I enjoy writing about and speaking on professional development, team bonding and motivation, multiculturalism, mental health, personal growth and "me as a brand" concept.​
